If you are trying to log in to the event, here are some solutions:

1. If you successfully registered, you will have access to the PANCAT ACCESS module in your Member Library. Ensure you are using the email address you registered with, and have checked your junk for confirmation emails. 
2. Those registered also received 3 emails in the last 24 hours with the Zoom link. 
3. If you are part of our Hospital program, your educator has the Zoom link, so you can ask them for it as an alternative method. 

Please ensure you have the most up to date version of Zoom Workplace, and sometimes using an alternative browser or device can solve any compatibility issues. 

No worries, we've got you covered. 

If you aren't able to access the email titled "Here's your Zoom link", which is sent to you 30 mins prior to the event start time, you can always access the Zoom link in your member portal.

It's worth checking that your email provider is not blocking our emails. You can "white list" our email domains to get around this:

If you Google "how to whitelist an email address with [your email provider]", you'll find the steps to fix the issue. 

1. Head to periopconcepts.com/login and enter the email address you used to sign up. You can view a demonstration via this link. 

2. You received an email from Periop Concepts when you created your account that asked you to create a password. Check your junk mail if you didn't see it. 

3. If you have forgotten your password, click "forgot password" at the login page and follow the prompts. 

4. If you still cannot login after following these steps, send an email to [email protected]. 

Once you have logged in, head to the Member Library (click the little head icon on top right). See a demonstration video here. 

Your member library contains your Premium or Nurse Education module, which contains the Starter Course and Live Series 1 & 2. 

The Advanced Anaesthesia Live Series modules are listed as individual products in your Member Library. 

Remember that each lesson usually consists of a video lesson, a PDF summary (attached in the same page as the video), and an assessment.

Your certificate for each module will be emailed to you on completion of the final assessment. 

Ensure you have clicked the "Mark as Complete" button.

Great news for you! We will stop your individual payments. If you are paying annually, we will provide a pro rata refund.

If you would like to keep your progress from your Premium account, we can merge your accounts and keep your original email address as the login. 

No problem! The recording will always land in your Member Library within 2 weeks of the Live Series event. 

The 2 week delay allows us to edit the recording, ensure the PDF summary is completed and the assessment is consistent with the delivered session.
