The Concept Creator Process
1. Let's Connect
We’ll reach out to you (or you can express your interest below) with a warm introduction to the Concept Creator role - explaining what it involves, how it works, and the opportunities available to share your expertise with our Periop Concepts Community.
2. Initial Chat
A relaxed conversation to get to know you and your professional background. We’ll share more about Periop Concepts and the Concept Creator community. It’s about alignment, not pressure - we want it to feel like the right fit on both sides.
3. Due Diligence
A light check to confirm clinical expertise, communication skills, and alignment with perioperative education needs. This might include reviewing your CV, LinkedIn, or sample teaching materials.
4. Co-Design & Session Planning
If there’s a good fit, we’ll invite you to design and deliver a session for us. Together, we’ll agree on the topic, title, and learning objectives, and decide on the best format (live, recorded, or Concept Series). You’ll receive templates, guidance, and support so it feels simple and clear.
5. Onboarding & Support
You’ll be officially welcomed as a Concept Creator. We’ll provide educator guidelines, style guides, and tech support (if needed). You’ll also have a dedicated point of contact for ongoing communication.
6. Session Delivery
You deliver your session - we’ll take care of the rest. It’s recorded, edited, and added to the Periop Concepts library. You’ll be showcased as part of our growing Concept Creator community.
7. Feedback & Recognition
We’ll gather participant feedback and share reflections with you. Your contribution will be celebrated on our socials, emails and on this very page. You’ll also receive a LinkedIn badge to share proudly as an official Concept Creator (if that's your style). You'll also be remunerated for your time and invited into our Concepts Creator Community.
