The fine print
- Available in Australia and New Zealand only.
- Not applicable to institutions who have already engaged Periop Concepts regarding institutional packages.
- Minimum institutional sign-up requirement of 10 learners for first registration.
- First entry for each umbrella hospital eligible. Separate hospitals eligible if using separate packages of greater than 10 learners.
- Must have paid for Anaesthetic Assistant Starter Course to enter.
- Evidence required of referral to educator or manager. Can be cc’d in email or screen shot of email that includes time, date, name of hospital and manager’s name.
- “Lunch” includes a catered lunch delivered to hospital on a mutually agreed date. Caterer is at the discretion of Periop Concepts Pty Ltd.
- Lululemon voucher will in form of online gift card and in AUD.
- Periop Concepts Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny entry to any applicant.
